The
Conceptual design Package typically contains and provides enough
information to engage the Planning Department for any Planning
application your project may require, such as: Zoning, Re-zoning,
Plan Development, Amendments, etc.
We will package all documents and materials as necessary for
any particular permit submission. We usually apply for your
Planning Department permit/s and coordinate with the permitting
agency until a permit is issued.
