Based
on your Site and Project Scope we will review and determine
all applicable Codes, Specific Plans and zoning restrictions
that could potentially affect the desired outcome of your project.
This is also a great time to refine the project program, objectives
and priorities. At this stage we welcome all input that you
are able to provide. Magazine clippings and articles are a common
way to communicate Design intent, ideas and preferences. We
will share with you a project start-up checklist that some clients
have found useful in past projects. |
