The
Design Development phase develops upon the Conceptual design
and produces a more detailed modeling and base drawings to determine
the size and character of the entire project and to allow for
the overall coordination of: Structural systems, MEP systems,
materials application and finishes, fixtures and equipment as
necessary for your specific project.
At this time, we may recommend that the project estimate be
refined further to allow us to adjust the design to meet budgetary
expectations. Through this phase we will review the proposed
project with local agencies having jurisdiction over the project
as to allow for the orderly processing of Building permit applications.
This phase of the process usually encompasses 15-20% of our
typical total effort. |
