At
our first meeting we will learn about you, your vision and ideas,
the scope of your project, your desired timeline, and your proposed
budget. We will also want to know about your site, this can
usually be achieved with a quick preliminary site visit or;
photos, a site topographic map, survey or any other accurate
depiction of your project location and boundaries you may already
have on file.
After our meeting, we will prepare a written proposal for Design
services that defines all phases of the project and provides
a professional fee estimate and tentative schedule.
Upon your authorization to proceed with the project, we begin
assembling the information we need to commence the design process.
