Whether the Owner of a parcel/property and about to place it on the market or a Developer thinking to acquire said parcel/property for a new project; a simple Site Analysis performed by PDT can aid in determining the actual value of the site based on what can be achieved on it within today's applicable codes, specific plans and municipalities/zoning restrictions. A Site Analysis is the most valuable first step in any land transaction and acquisition.
