Master Planning:
The tool to effectively plot the direction of a larger project. Typically performed for larger sites that encompass multiple parcels developed to different product types. The result of this study, as performed by PDT, is a comprehensive Master Plan that determines the future community goals and aspirations in terms of phasing, circulation, connectivity, use of resources, etc.
