Feasibility Studies:
A feasibility study is instrumental in testing and determining how a specific desired product (or alternate products) will fit within a parcel. The result of this study, as performed by PDT, is a comprehensive graphic package that includes: Conceptual Site Plan/s, Parking Studies, Density calculations, Floor Plans and Elevations. A necessary step before engaging the local municipality to introduce a proposed project.
