The result of careful examination of the desired project's goals, the parcel's location and size and the proposed use/product; PDT Conceptual Design provides the first graphic view into a feasible Building, its footprint coverage within the site, its access and circulation and its interface with the existing uses and adjacencies. Conceptual designs are used to test, critique, coordinate and shape the final product before moving forward in the Design and Building Design process.
