Building
Design:
Every building is engineered from the same core elements and
therefore similar to others in their basic form. PDT design
addresses the need for an individual identity to each building
by way of blending; shapes hierarchy of structures, materials,
textures, fixtures, and colors. Those elements along with a
strong focus on the building's orientation, to respond to the
individual façades' interface and opportunities, results
in a one-off, well balanced, visually stimulating building with
dynamic forms that well integrates within the existing fabric
of its site, adjacencies and neighborhood.
