Architectural
Photography:
Although architectural photographs
have been made continuously since 1839, the specialized history
of architectural photography is of relatively recent date. Today
architectural photography is mostly used as a marketing tool
although it's final product is understood and utilized as a
form of cultural representation which provides, over time, useful
records of the appearance of buildings, and by default the cities
they are in.
Today's digital applications have facilitated technical complexities,
extending the photographer's control of perspective, color,
contrast, retouching, and preparation of the image for commercial
printing.PDT works closely with the client to identify and select
particular views of their building/ structure, then allow light
to articulate form and space to best represent it before capturing
it in professional and affordable digital images of the highest
quality and resolution.
