Community Meetings:
Community Meetings are an integral part of the approval process of any project. Often underestimated, this phase of the project could easily turn into the most time/resources consuming hurdle before the project is
able to gain the Community's trust and support and it's fit to receive final Planning approval. Third parties, used as facilitators, between the Community and the Project's owner have proven time and again to be the best and most effective way to address community meetings. PDT works closely with the owner to best represent and introduce the proposed project to the Community. As a mediator and facilitator PDT is able to defuse any animosity while mitigating negative aspects to bring into focus the benefits the new project brings to the Community.
