Construction Documents:
The key to build smart and save money while keeping within a set schedule is through a set of accurate, consistent, complete, and understandable Construction Documents. PDT will work closely with Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects to produce the Base CAD files necessary for coordination with all other trades. Once the Design Team is formed PDT will coordinate and check the integration of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with the building and site. When applicable PDT will prepare a set of Construction Specifications and a phasing documents to illustrate the construction sequence.
